About the Author

Jonathan Sergison is a cofounder of London and Zurich-based Sergison Bates architects and professor of architectural design at the Academy of Architecture (Università della Svizzera intaliana) in Mendrisio, Switzerland. 

Stephen Bates is a founding partner of Sergison Bates architects with offices in London, Zurich, and Brussels. He is professor of urbanism and housing at the Technical University of Munich.

Mark Tuff, a partner with Sergison Bates architects since 2006, is based in London where he oversees the management of the practice and supervises the work of project architects.
